How safe is the TRAVELMATE to use?
Highly safe: The TRAVELMATE fireplace uses a high-quality stainless steel wick system that ensures a consistent flame and maximum safety. The specially developed Tenderfuel safety fuel can only be used with this stainless steel wick, guaranteeing reliable and controlled combustion. This allows you to enjoy an open fire with exceptional comfort, without risk and completely without hazardous materials.
Can the TRAVELMATE be safely operated indoors?
Yes, thanks to Tenderfuel: virtually emission-free, odorless and particularly safe to handle.
What is the difference between Tenderfuel and bioethanol?
Tenderfuel is an innovative, TÜV-certified safety fuel with a significantly longer burning time. It is difficult to ignite, not classified as hazardous material, and burns almost smoke- and odor-free. Thanks to its closed stainless steel wick , Tenderfuel can even be refilled while the flame is burning – completely safely and without leakage.
Bioethanol, on the other hand, is a classic alcohol fuel: highly flammable, with a shorter burning time and cannot be refilled during operation.
Both produce a real flame display, but tenderfuel offers more safety, comfort, and efficiency.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

Orders within the European Union are shipped free of charge for purchases over €100.00.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Orders to Switzerland are shipped free of charge for purchases over €100.00.
