How much are the shipping costs?
We cover the shipping costs for all orders within Germany – you will receive your products free of shipping costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In-stock items usually reach you within 2 to 4 business days. If the item is not in stock, the delivery time will be extended accordingly, as we produce your items just-in-time to conserve resources.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Of course – if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within the statutory period.
