1.2 Only consumers who have reached the age of 18 are permitted to place orders in our online shop.

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT AND CORRECTION OF INPUT ERRORS
2.1 The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation for you to place an order. You can add individual products to your virtual shopping cart via the "Add to Cart" button without making a binding purchase offer. Before submitting your order, you may add or remove products by selecting "Remove item" or "Clear cart." You can cancel the entire ordering process by closing your browser. Only by clicking the "Buy" button do you submit a binding order for the items listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order via an order confirmation email immediately after receiving your order or at the latest within five days by means of a separate confirmation.
2.2 If you select PayPal as your payment method, the contract is concluded when you confirm your payment instruction to PayPal.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
3.1 If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (a natural person entering into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the following right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of returning the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs,

for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND TIMEFRAMES
4.1 Delivery is carried out by our shipping partners. Delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days. Specific delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages.
5. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
5.1 Prices listed on product pages are gross prices, including VAT, and exclude any applicable shipping costs.
Our withdrawal policy applies with regard to return shipping costs.
5.2 Price Adjustments in the Event of Exceptional Cost Developments:
We reserve the right to adjust agreed-upon prices if, after the conclusion of the contract, significant cost factors - in particular material, energy, transportation, or labor costs - change by more than a negligible amount due to external influences (e.g., political, economic, or global developments) and there is a period of more than two months between the conclusion of the contract and the provision of services. The adjustment shall be made to a reasonable extent in accordance with the actual cost development.
6. PAYMENT METHODS AND TERMS

7. RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

Statutory warranty rights for defects apply.
9. DATA PROTECTION
9.1 We collaborate with various companies for order processing, such as payment service providers and logistics companies. We ensure our partners comply with applicable data protection laws.
9.2 Depending on your chosen payment method, payment processing may involve a service provider. If payment is made via PayPal, your personal data will be transmitted to PayPal to process your order.
10. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PLATFORM; ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN CONSUMER MATTERS
10.1 The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from online purchase or service contracts involving consumers.
10.2 We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. JURISDICTION AGREEMENT (FOR ENTREPRENEURS) AND APPLICABLE LAW
11.1 If you are a business entity, a legal person under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from or in connection with this contract is our registered office. The same applies if you have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, or if you move your place of residence or habitual residence outside Germany after the conclusion of the contract, or if your place of residence or habitual residence is unknown at the time the action is filed.
11.2 The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer and your habitual residence is in another country at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the application of mandatory legal provisions of that country remains unaffected.
