For our partner AS-Wohnbau, we were able to implement an exciting housing concept for young people in Münster: a total of 21 apartments for students that perfectly combine functionality and a homely atmosphere.
From concept development and structural details to manufacturing and installation, we provided comprehensive support for the project. In addition to the furniture, we also planned and manufactured window sills, handled flooring work, and closely coordinated technical details with the client.
The open-plan design of each apartment includes a fitted kitchen, a wardrobe with shoe storage, a compact dining area, a workspace, and a sleeping area with integrated storage solutions. These custom-designed elements are the central design theme of the project: they create order, structure, and at the same time a cozy living atmosphere in a small space.
A special detail is the slightly larger corner apartment, which features individually tailored furnishings – such as the storage arch above the bed, which adds extra comfort and character.
With great attention to detail, a living environment was created that offers young residents a well-thought-out, functional and aesthetic home – from the idea to the last screw, all from one source.
