Based on comprehensive scientific and practical insights, Electrolux developed the GRO kitchen system, which consists of several smart and modular storage solutions. In collaboration with designer Mathieu Riviere, we were able to develop and ultimately implement a prototype with high-quality, future-oriented technical solutions.

The kitchen of the future should encourage people to eat less and higher-quality meat overall, as well as discover new, diverse sources of protein. Kitchen appliances can thus contribute even more effectively to a sustainable lifestyle. For example, GRO's "Nordic Smoker" makes it easy to smoke plant-based foods at home. It inspires certain cooking methods previously used only for meat dishes to now also find their way into plant-based cuisine. GRO also offers tips on recipes, local products, and sustainable ingredients that are tailored to and continuously improve personal tastes and individual diets.
