"Beauty to go" is the concept behind Shan's True Beauty, a modern beauty salon by Shan Rahimkhan on Kurfürstendamm, a perfect fit for the capital. The interior design also had to fit the salon, exuding lifestyle while still being functional. The particular challenge: Shan's True Beauty is built on an existing restaurant, and the character of a café-lounge had to be preserved.

The beauty salon's unique boudoir ambiance was the brainchild of Berlin-based interior designer Frank Stüve. Our contribution was to create custom-made built-in furniture made from high-quality materials: The delicate tables are extremely stable, and the rotating, illuminated mirrors are custom-made to support the hairdresser and are pleasing to the eye.
