4.1 Delivery is handled by our shipping partners. The delivery time is indicated on the product itself. Custom-made products and deliveries abroad vary. Exact delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.
4.2 If you pay in advance, we will ship the goods after receipt of payment. The delivery period therefore begins on the business day following your payment order to the transferring bank.
4.3 We ship worldwide. There are no delivery restrictions.
2. Prices and shipping costs
2.1 The prices stated on the product pages are gross prices, include statutory VAT and are exclusive of any shipping costs that may be incurred.
2.2 We will cover the shipping costs for all deliveries within Germany.
2.3 Special additional services (such as Saturday delivery, late delivery between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. and delivery within the desired time window (morning/afternoon)) are available for some items and can be booked for a fee if the delivery is notified by telephone.
2.4 For deliveries abroad and to the German islands, higher shipping costs apply. These shipping costs can be found on the respective product page. The shipping costs are listed there with the price information. The specific shipping costs are also displayed again on the order page.
