How safe is the ROLL FIRE in use?
Very safe. The fireplace uses a closed stainless steel wick system that contains the fuel. This prevents leaks, overheating, or splashing – even during movement. The fireproof felt covering also ensures stability and protects the floor and hands.
Can the ROLL FIRE be safely operated indoors?
Yes. Both options – with tender fuel or bioethanol – are suitable for indoor use. Tender fuel is virtually emission-free, odorless, and particularly safe to handle.
What is the difference between tender fuel and bioethanol?
Tenderfuel is an innovative, TÜV-certified safety fuel with a significantly longer burning time. It is difficult to ignite, not classified as hazardous material, and burns almost smoke- and odor-free. Thanks to its closed stainless steel wick , Tenderfuel can even be refilled while the flame is burning – completely safely and without leakage.
Bioethanol, on the other hand, is a classic alcohol fuel: highly flammable, with a shorter burning time and cannot be refilled during operation.
Both produce a real flame display, but tenderfuel offers more safety, comfort, and efficiency.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

Orders within the European Union are shipped free of charge for purchases over €100.00.
