EU:
Orders within the European Union are free of shipping costs for purchases over €100.00.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
CH:
Orders to Switzerland are free of shipping costs for purchases over €100.00.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply, which are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
GB:
Orders to the United Kingdom are free of shipping costs for purchases over €100.00.
Any customs duties, import sales tax, or handling fees that may be levied by the UK authorities are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Returns:
We will cover the return shipping costs for items that can be shipped using standard parcel services.
For items that must be shipped by freight (non-parcel items), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs:

To German islands: €100.00
Within the rest of the EU: €150.00
For returns from countries outside the European Union, customers are responsible for the entire shipping costs.
