The "Tenderfuel" fuel used in Tenderflame products is flame-resistant (flash point 104°C – compared to bioethanol at 12°C) and burns only on the patented stainless steel wick. If any liquid leaks, it will not continue to burn. Tenderfuel is therefore not a hazardous substance! Furthermore, this "special fuel" is non-toxic and produces no odor or soot! Tenderfuel has been tested for its properties by TÜV Rheinland. It was confirmed that it is not a hazardous material and can therefore be freely stored and shipped because the fuel is "flame-resistant." Tenderfuel clearly distinguishes itself from the bioethanol of the past. Furthermore, Tenderfuel is a good 10% more efficient than bioethanol. Tenderflame products are smoke-free and odorless, making them particularly suitable for indoor use. Furthermore, almost exclusively water evaporates. Using Tenderflame is relatively healthier than using a wax candle.

Orders to Switzerland are free of shipping costs for purchases over €100.00.

GB:
Orders to the United Kingdom are free of shipping costs for purchases over €100.00.

Returns:
We will cover the return shipping costs for items that can be shipped using standard parcel services.
For items that must be shipped by freight (non-parcel items), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs:
